New Beginnings...

Do you need a "Big Bang" to jump start the "New You"?

Now that we're almost through the first quarter of 2020, how are you holding up? All of the trends and conveniences, no doubt pointed all of us in many exciting directions. How do you know which new path is right, so that you don't end up drift aimlessly through space?

Routine or Rut?

How many times have you started a resolution that you never follow thru to finish?

Resolutions are useless if you're not going to stay the course of your commitment. How do you plan on holding yourself accountable?

Here are some great tools to help:

  1. Keep a journal - This helps with organization and tracking your progress.

  2. Rally support - Whether its a new exercise class, clearing the clutter out of the house, taking the dream vacation, starting a new business, it's always good to have positive people to share your journey with.

  3. Ask for help - If your new task is daunting, don't get overwhelmed. Look up the resources to get the information and help that you need. Networking with family, friends, and business can also point you in the right direction. You never know, you may be surprised to find how easily an expert is available.

  4. Set realistic goals and manage your expectations at a gradual pace. We deal with a lot of  instant gratification and unfortunately media can manipulate you into thinking that success is swift. No success comes from perseverance, research, and careful application. Don't be too hard on yourself, just redirect and make adaptations when necessary.

Thanks for taking the time, hope this helps...

I'm rooting for you!

Love and blessings,

Dr. Melodie
