o people really know the true anguish and struggle that you face on the inside everyday? Do they know the depths of your fear or the seriousness of your anxiety?

The true test of your strength does not lie in how long/how much you can keep up your facade. As long as you have a healthy and condusive outlet to vent and unload, your strength will be renewed to fight another day.

There is no lie as long as you are living “your truth”.
