Strength and Wellness: Week 8

Being strong is beautiful! I’ve made great strides to get to 125! Now it is time to shift gears to get RIPPED. It’s gonna be tricky to up the cardio without losing too much weight. The best news is that the competition is not until June, so I have time to do some fine tuning.

Wellness tip: Only God’s love and Light can shine through darkness.
